We aim to dispatch all orders received before 2.00pm on the same business day. Our deliveries will only be delivered Monday to Friday.

Due to the nature of some of our products, we use a specialist courier for transportation; our chosen delivery partner is Parcelforce.

Next Business Day delivery is charged at £6.95 on all U.K. Mainland orders under £100.00; orders over £100.00 will be sent carriage paid. (Prices stated exclude VAT).

There may be times when we are out of stock of particular stock items; should this occur, you will receive an email or phone call from a member of staff advising you of the anticipated timescale. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an automated email confirmation.

You will be able to track your delivery online using the Parcelforce reference number provided.

Please note that we are unable to ship any orders outside of the United Kingdom.
